5 Session Coaching Package – £350

 Are you ready to embark on a healthier, happier lifestyle, but feel you’d benefit from regular one-to-one support to inspire you, guide you and help you stay focused?

 My 5 session package is my most popular package – it gives you positive and practical support to ensure that you achieve and maintain permanent weight loss, improve your relationship with food, learn to love exercise, get fit, and feel better about yourself.

 Your first session will focus on goal setting, and on understanding why you’ve struggled in the past, so that we can start planning initial manageable changes to start you on your journey towards a new you.

 Subsequent sessions start with a review of what’s been working and what you may have struggled with, and then go on to plan further changes which will work for you and which will take you further towards your goals.

Throughout our time together you’ll feel focused, motivated and supported.

Our final session will be a review of lessons learned so far, and end with a review of the new habits, actions and attitudes you’ll be taking forward into your happy, healthy future.

Sessions are generally arranged at fortnightly intervals but you are free to choose a frequency which works for you.

10 Session Coaching Package – £600

Feel like you need extra support to make big changes or simply want to maximise your progress towards health and happiness?

 10 coaching sessions with me will give you sustained, positive, practical support and guidance to help you change your habits and the way you feel about yourself for good.

Your first session will focus on goal setting, and on understanding why you’ve struggled in the past, so that we can start planning initial manageable changes to start you on your journey towards a new you.

You then have a larger number of subsequent sessions in which to fully examine what works, what you struggle with, what might be holding you back and what you can do to change your mind set and your actions to move closer to where you want to be.  You’ll be developing new healthy habits and giving up old, bad ones, and I’ll be there to keep you on track.

You’ll feel focused, motivated and inspired, and ready to face whatever challenges you might come across in your journey towards a happier, healthier you.  10 sessions will give you a prolonged period of support, during which you can make significant and lasting changes.

Our final session will be a review of lessons learned so far, and end with a review of the new habits, actions and attitudes you’ll be taking forward into your happy, healthy future.

Personal Workshop – £200

Do you need a blast of inspiration to get you moving towards a healthier, happier lifestyle? Along with advice and ideas to ensure that you achieve and maintain your target weight, improve your relationship with food, learn to love exercise, get fit, and feel better about yourself?

My personal workshop is a two and a half hour session focused on you – what you want, what you’ve struggled with in the past and what you need to do and know in order to become the person you really want to be. We’ll talk about your lifestyle and work out how you can incorporate changes into your life which will feel right and work for you.

By the end of the workshop you will have:

    • An understanding of why your attempts at weight loss and fitness may have failed in the past
    • A plan of action and a clear idea of what you need to differently in the future
    • Lots of inspirational ideas to keep you motivated
    • The focus you need to develop and maintain a more positive relationship with food and exercise

 After the workshop I will provide email support for a month, to answer any queries and cheer you on to your new healthy, happy lifestyle.

Subsequent Sessions

Generally my clients don’t need additional sessions after the end of their course. But if you do complete a course and still want further support, you can book individual sessions as and when you need them.
